TAKE ACTION, AND JUST DO IT! YOU WILL FEEL GREAT WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED, AND THIS CLUTTER FROM YOUR CLOSET WILL ALSO BE REMOVED FROM YOUR MIND!

I like to take the time to let you know how much your sessions and the tapes helped me with my headaches, fibromyalgia pain and fear of heights helped me. At the beginning I used the pain tape every morning immediately after waking up. Now I only use it when I have a headache or have some pain in my joints. The fear tape I only had to use a few times and it helped. Whenever I feel scared of heights or a steep staircase I imagine a protective wall around me and the fear goes away.
